Cancellation Policy

Welcome to our beautiful new location!

Essentials Deluxe Day Spa now requests a valid credit, debit or gift card on file to schedule an appointment.  Our cancellation policy consists of the following:

​​If you must reschedule your appointment, we request you do so a minimum of 3 hours in advance. This time is reserved just for you and if the appointment is not cancelled, we are unable to offer the time to another guest. Regretfully, if we do not receive the 3 hour notice of cancellation, your credit card will be charged a non-refundable $25 late cancellation fee or a no show fee.  ​
